目的用携带cagA基因的Hp成功感染BALB/c裸鼠。方法分别采用cagA基因阳性和阴性的具有较强动力的新鲜Hp分离菌株,通过灌胃方式感染BALB/c裸鼠,感染后4周和8周分两批处死,进行微生物学和病理组织学检查。结果灌喂8周后,cagA+实验组和cagA-实验组均成功定植Hp(16/16);cagA+组胃粘膜表现明显炎症及坏死病变,而cagA-组仅有轻微炎症发生。结论建立典型的Hp动物感染模型应选择cagA+菌株。
Objective To successfully infect BALB / c nude mice with Hp carrying cagA gene. Methods BALB / c nude mice were infected with fresh Hp isolates positive and negative by cagA gene respectively. The BALB / c nude mice were infected by gavage. The mice were sacrificed in two batches at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after infection. Microbiological and histopathological examination . Results After 8 weeks of induction, Hp (16/16) colonies were successfully established in both cagA + and cagA-treated groups. Gastric mucosa showed obvious inflammatory and necrotic lesions in cagA + group, while only mild inflammation occurred in cagA + group. Conclusion To establish a typical Hp animal model of infection, cagA + strains should be selected.
