螺旋搅蜡机是在饸饹机的启示下制成的。饸饹机是食堂压饸饹面用的,生面可以在饸饹机中压成半熟的饸饹面。我们以此得到启发,便将蜡块加到饸饹机中进行试验。经多次试验,从饸饹机中搅出的蜡膏,乳化的均匀、细腻,用它压出的蜡模,光洁度高,收缩小,解决了膏状蜡的制备问题。于是,我们按饸饹机的结构,制成了一台螺旋搅蜡机,已经使用四年多了。实践证明,这种搅蜡机能够将蜡块或液体蜡直接搅成质量符合要求的膏状蜡。
