对化学蒸镀沉积所产生的钛硼氮化合物涂层进行了研究。显微硬度随 B/(B+N)原子比的增大而直线增加,但立方硼氮化物涂层的抗氧化性不比氮化物层好。在钢材的机械加工中,刀具的 Ti(B+N)涂层对月牙洼磨损及后面磨损的耐磨性比 TiN 涂层要好得多。
Titanium boron nitride coatings produced by chemical vapor deposition have been studied. The microhardness increases linearly with the increase of atomic ratio of B / (B + N), but the oxidation resistance of the cubic boron nitride coating is not better than that of the nitride coating. The Ti (B + N) coating of the tool is much more resistant to wear on the crater than the TiN coating in the machining of steels.
