随着科学技术的发展,流量过程的自动控制已成为水工、河工、港工模型实验及工业部门厂矿企业质量流量过程控制的重要手段.本文论述了如何用IBM-PC系列微型计算机构成直接数字控制系统,实现对模型流量过程的自动控制和数据采集.文中对系统的构成、工作原理、控制方法、控制精度等作了较详细的论述. 本系统可满足稳定流和不稳定流的流量过程控制需要.操作简便、性能可靠,控制效果直观.系统结构紧凑,造价低.由于采用了控制过程数据的预处理,有效地避免了由于误输入控制过程数据对模型实验的损失.系统的控制采用了带有死区的软件PID调节特性,使系统工作稳定、调节速度快,并可同时完成多项控制任务.
With the development of science and technology, the automatic control of the flow process has become an important means for the experiment of hydraulic engineering, river engineering, port engineering and the control of mass flow process control in factories and mines in the industrial sector.This paper discusses how to use the IBM-PC series micro-computer to form direct digital Control system to realize the automatic control and data acquisition of the model flow process.In this paper, the structure, working principle, control method and control precision of the system are discussed in detail.The system can meet the flow process of steady flow and unstable flow The control is easy to operate, the performance is reliable and the control effect is intuitive. The system has the advantages of compact structure and low cost, which effectively avoids the loss of model experiment due to erroneous input control process data because of pretreatment of the control process data. With dead zone software PID adjustment features, the system stable, fast adjustment, and can simultaneously control a number of tasks.
