例1 男,8岁,以右耳剧烈疼痛3d主诉于1996年8月15日就诊。患儿20d前因“感冒”后发生右耳痛,继而右耳流脓,未经专科治疗。3d前突发右耳疼痛加剧,有虫爬感。查体见右侧外耳道有少量脓性分泌物,内有数10条蛆蠕动。用75％酒精将其杀死,10min后用枪状镊顺利取出2～3mm大小不等蛆30余条,右耳鼓膜急性充血,紧张部小穿孔。给予3％过氧化氢溶液洗耳,抗生素液滴耳。两周后复查,右外耳道清洁,鼓膜充血消失,鼓室干燥,未见蛆残留。嘱其注意耳部清洁,随访1年未见复发。 例2 男,42岁,自幼时起双耳间断流脓,时好时坏,每逢感冒或耳内进水后加重。4d前突感右耳疼痛,继而自觉右耳内有物蠕动。查体:右外耳道有少量脓性分泌物,其内有蛆蠕动。用75％
Example 1 Male, 8 years old, with severe pain in the right ear 3d Chief complaint was presented on August 15, 1996.
