1999年3月17日,铁一局在西康线新丰镇铺架基地,利用原既有陇海下行线,模拟秦岭隧道工况,成功地进行了纵向超长无缝线路铺设350m长钢轨一次拉卸工艺试验。试验采用PG30重型铺轨机作为卸轨动力车和龙头车卸轨,利用铺轨机拖拉机构和长轨推送机构将350m长轨在长轨列车上向前拖拉并送出铺轨机;长轨后端离开铺轨机前,用吊轨钳吊起顺坡架前端,卸轨列车缓慢后退,使长轨端落槽与已铺轨端对接。整个过程仅用26min完成。
On March 17, 1999, the Iron Bureau successfully laid a 350-meter-long rail in the Xinfeng Town, Xikang Line, using the existing Longhai line to simulate the Qinling Tunnel condition. A pull unloading process test. The PG30 heavy-duty track laying machine was used as the unloading track for the unloading railcar and the leading truck. The long-track 350m long track was dragged forward on the long-track train by the tractor towing mechanism and the long-rail pushing mechanism to get the track laying machine. Before the machine, lift the front end of the slope frame with the hanging rail tongs, and slowly unwind the trains so that the long-rail end slots and the paved ends are docked. The whole process is completed in only 26min.
