前些时,我随市政协委员视察组到青岛市标准件二厂了解社会保险的有关情况。临去之前,得知这是一家吃政府救济的特困企业。按常规推论,肯定也是一家未参加社会保险的企业或欠缴大户。出于我的意外,该厂不但参加了青岛市全部社会保险项目,而目也按期如数地缴纳社会保险费,这不禁使我啧啧称奇。因为,当前许多经济效益尚好的企业对参加社会保险还患得患矢,拖延或欠缴费用。而这家困难企业还能有如此作为,实在是难能可贵。那么,是什么原因促使该企业积极参加社会保险
