氮气控温气调储粮是一种以物理方式获取空气中的主要成分——氮气,经过提高纯度(95.0%-99.5%),充入密封的粮堆,置换粮堆内部空气,保护储粮的新技术。由于氮气化学性质比较稳定,能够抑制粮食呼吸、防止粮堆生虫、杀灭粮堆内已有害虫以及抑制大部分微生物活动。同时,氮气气囊的存在能明显减缓粮堆表层温度上升,从而改善粮堆内部储存环境,优化粮食储存工艺,延缓粮食品质劣变。氮气控温气调作为一种绿色、环保的储粮新技术,对国民经济的发展起到了重要的积极作用。
