通过近几场高技术局部战争来反思现代战争的道德伦理问题。一味的给高技术战争冠以“文明”、“人道”之名是肤浅的,这是没有充分认识到现代战争的残酷性和暴烈性,当然任何事物都具有两面性,全盘否定现代战争在一定程度上的进步意义,又是片面的。本文从两方面考察了高技术战争的伦理问题,试图对这个问题做一浅析。
