今年11月底前,东城区102幢老旧楼房将穿上“棉衣”并进行热计量改造,届时,居民可以根据需要自己调节供暖温度,达到节能效果。而城六区,年内将有15万户居民进行热计量改造。据悉,东城区将全面启动2013年节能改造项目工程,辖区内12个街道的102栋老旧楼房将纳入改造范围,涉及面积共计58.62万平方米,其中,永外、和平里、东直门、龙潭四个街道涉及的改造工程量最多。工程将于11月30日前完工。这是东城区
