许多人在修剪花木时把剪下的枝条往往当废物丢进垃圾箱。这实在是一种极大的浪费。在这些弃枝中,有许多是可作为扦插材料加以利用的,成活后可根据自己的喜好进行栽培造型,制成小型盆景。当然,这要花费很长的时间,少则六七年多则八九年。而在野生树桩过度采伐,植被严重破坏,水土流失环境恶化的今天,提倡自培自育是有积极意义的。附图是笔者七八年前利用废弃的枝条
