建立了以2,5-二甲氧基四氢呋喃为原料水解合成的丁二醛样品的气相色谱测定法。选用HPFFAP毛细管柱,柱温80℃,流速20 m L/min,以二氧六环为内标物,采用内标标准曲线法定量分析丁二醛含量。结果表明,方法在8.0~40.0 g/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 94),相对标准偏差RSD为0.52%,加标回收率在96.23%~102.87%之间。该法简便、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于合成样品中丁二醛含量的测定。
A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of succinic dialdehyde by hydrolysis with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran. HPFFAP capillary column was used. The column temperature was 80 ℃ and the flow rate was 20 m L / min. Dioxane was used as the internal standard. The internal standard curve was used to quantitatively analyze the content of succinaldehyde. The results showed that the method was linear in the concentration range of 8.0-40.0 g / L (r = 0.999 94), with RSD of 0.52% and recoveries of 96.23% -102.87%. The method is simple, rapid, with good precision and accuracy, and can be used for the determination of the content of succinic aldehyde in synthetic samples.
