据北京日报报道,北京市已启动2014年至2016年冻猪肉政府储备,于2014年1月3日前进行国内公开招标,需冻储猪肉共计1.32万吨,总预算金额1.06亿元,服务期限36个月。投标企业须同时满足“依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录”、“近三年经营活动中没有重大违法记录”等硬性条件。开标后,专家实地考察,对企业的销量、库存、卫生、管理、安全、运输等方面进行评比,以确定中标企业。
According to the Beijing Daily, Beijing Municipality has started the government reserve of frozen pork from 2014 to 2016 and conducted domestic public bidding before January 3, 2014, requiring a total of 13,200 tons of frozen pork with a total budget of 106 million yuan and a service term of 36 Months. The bidding enterprises shall simultaneously satisfy such rigid conditions as “a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law” and “there is no major violation record in the business activities of the past three years”. After the bid opening, experts on-the-spot investigation, the company’s sales, inventory, health, management, safety, transportation and other aspects of competition in order to determine the successful business.
