黄河溃口的危险依然存在。如充分利用橡胶坝充胀速度快、移动方便等优点，在决口口门的上游设置橡胶坝围堰，给口门的堵复创造有利条件，则可以达到汛期快速堵复决口、减少水灾损失之目的。通过论证橡胶坝围堰快速堵口技术的可行性，分析了无基础橡胶坝围堰快速堵复决口技术存在的问题及解决途径，并总结了现场试验结果，提出进一步的改进意见。由分析计算和现场试验得出结论：在围堰处流速不大于 ３ ｍ／ｓ、水深不大于 ５ ｍ的条件下橡胶坝围堰可以作为黄河决口快速堵复的一种新技术。
