在海口市中心城区大英西路与大同路的交汇处,耸立着一座高36层、建筑面积达7万多平方米的大厦。七、八年过去了,与许多“烂尾楼”一样,这座名为华发大厦的楼宇一直处在沉寂当中,无声地诠释着所有往日的梦想与失望,欢乐与悲伤。然而,奇迹也恰恰在这里发生:2002年“十一”黄金周,华发大厦对外开盘销售仅一周,就订出400多套。许多人当时被这一旺销局面惊呆了。人们不由地追问:是谁让这座昔日备受冷落的“烂尾楼”起死回生?何来这双神奇之手,谱就华发大厦闪亮耀眼的崭新篇章。
