《公差配合与技术测量》课程教学内容抽象,教学设备不能满足教学实际需求,没有很好的经济性和实用性,因此,结合中高职机械类《公差配合与技术测量》课程的理论和实践教学的特点和需要,设计并制作了形位公差检测教学装置。介绍了该教学装置的主要功能和基本思路;结合设计要求,进行了设计方案对比与优化;根据教学装置的特点,简要介绍了操作流程。经过课程团队教师的实际应用,表明该教学装置在提高课堂教学质量等方面有着非常积极重要的作用。
The teaching content of “tolerance matching and technology measurement” is abstracted, teaching equipment can not meet the actual demand of teaching and there is not very good economy and practicability. Therefore, combining the theory and practice of “tolerance matching and technology measurement” Teaching characteristics and needs, design and production of shape tolerance testing teaching device. The main functions and basic ideas of this teaching device are introduced. Combining the design requirements, the design scheme is compared and optimized. According to the characteristics of the teaching device, the operation flow is briefly introduced. After the practical application of the course team teachers, it shows that the teaching device has a very positive and important role in improving the quality of classroom teaching.
