集装箱空箱堆高机是用于港口、码头和中转站的一种集装箱空箱堆垛设备。通过SDC90K8型集装箱空箱堆高机的研制,对堆高机液压系统设计的6大主要液压回路进行了分析,其中包括:行走、制动、转向、门架升降与摇摆、吊具以及冷却液压回路。这些回路可以实现以下功能:静液压驱动整车行走,整车行走时的制动和转向,控制门架的升降和摇摆,吊具的侧移、伸缩和旋锁。给出了行走、制动、转向、门架升降与摇摆、吊具,以及冷却液压回路的工作原理图。使用情况证明,该液压系统的可靠性、安全性、操纵舒适性以及维修的方便性均有很大程度的提高,效果较理想,受到客户的一致好评。
