目的:观察穴位贴敷预防小儿高热惊厥复发的临床疗效。方法:将76例患儿随机分为2组各38例。对照组积极治疗原发病及对症、常规治疗。实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予栀子桃仁泥贴敷涌泉穴治疗。结果:实验组第2次高热引发惊厥2例、对照组第2次高热引发惊厥11例。结论:栀子桃仁泥贴敷涌泉穴预防高热惊厥疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking in preventing recurrence of febrile seizures in children. Methods: 76 children were randomly divided into two groups of 38 cases. The control group active treatment of primary disease and symptomatic, routine treatment. Experimental group in the control group on the basis of treatment given Gardenia peach paste Yongquan treatment. Results: In the experimental group, the second high fever induced convulsion in 2 cases and the control group in the second high fever induced convulsion in 11 cases. Conclusion: Gardenia peach paste sticking Yongquan prevention of febrile seizures significant effect, it is worth promoting the application.
