采用膨胀法测定了YB-70轧辊钢连续冷却转变(CCT)图,着重研究了连续冷却条件下不同奥氏体化温度对过冷奥氏体转变规律的影响。试验结果表明:过冷奥氏体的转变明显的分成两个区域:珠光体区和贝体区;随着奥氏体化温度的增高,过冷奥体稳定性增强;各转变区转变温度下降。
The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram of YB-70 roll steel was measured by dilatometric method. The influence of different austenitizing temperatures on the transformation rules of undercooled austenite under continuous cooling conditions was emphatically studied. The experimental results show that the transformation of supercooled austenite is obviously divided into two regions: pearlite region and shell region. With the increase of austenitizing temperature, the stability of the overcooled body increases and the transition temperature of each transition region decreases .
