一 闻名中外的吕四港,是由江苏省启东市的大洋港、茅家港、蒿枝港和连兴港等组成的港口群体。座落在长江入海口北侧,处于长江与沿海T型结构主轴线的结合部,东隔黄海与日本、韩国相望,南间长江与上海为邻。与浦东的直线距离仅为28海里。经过中外专家的大量研究和论证表明,吕四港的深水岸线达30公里,可建5—10万吨级深水泊位数十个,是我国沿海除大连、宁波、香港以外又一个不可多得的天然深水良港。开发吕四港,对于呼应浦东的开发开放,加速长江流域经济的腾飞,加快我国与世界经济的接轨,具有重大的战略意义。 1、开发吕四港可以为上海港分流。有利于形成南有宁波、北仑,北有吕四、南通,南北两翼共同为上海港分流的格局,为浦东开发和亡海这个沿江经济的龙头培育新的翅膀,
A well-known home and abroad Lusi port, is from Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, the ocean port, Mao Jia Kong, Artemisia Port and even Hong Kong and other port groups. Located in the north side of the mouth of the Yangtze River estuary, in the Yangtze River and coastal T-shaped structure of the main axis of the junction, across the Yellow Sea and Japan, South Korea across the South and the Yangtze River adjacent to Shanghai. The straight line distance to Pudong is only 28 nautical miles. After extensive research and demonstration by Chinese and foreign experts, it shows that the deep-water coastline of Lusi Port can reach 30 kilometers and can build dozens of 5-10 million-ton deep-water berths. It is another rare addition to China’s coastal areas except Dalian, Ningbo and Hong Kong Natural deep water harbor. The development of Lv Sogang is of great strategic significance in response to the development and opening up of Pudong, the acceleration of economic growth in the Yangtze River Basin and the acceleration of China’s economic integration with the world economy. 1, the development of Lvsi Port can be diverted to Shanghai Port.
