法律的生命在于执行。改变以往“运动式”的做法,推进档案执法常态化,不仅强化了档案行政执法工作,也成为一种观念的转变,更是一种工作状态的转变。这有力地促进了全省档案事业的发展,使档案管理工作逐步走上了法制化轨道。有权必有责,权责应当一致。如何确保档案常态行政执法的公开、公正、公平,是我们应该认真研究的重要课题。
The law’s life lies in execution.
