目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将2009年1月-2013年6月在我院儿科治疗的83例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分成治疗组(n=43)和对照组(n=40),对照组患儿给予抗感染、对症、支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用甘露聚糖肽胶囊,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率90.7%明显高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05),治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染有良好的治疗效果,且安全性高,建议临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Mannatide Capsules in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. Methods: A total of 83 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 40). The control group was given anti-infection , Symptomatic, supportive treatment, treatment group in the control group based on the addition of mannan peptide capsules, the two groups were compared the treatment effect and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.0%, P <0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion: The combination of mannan peptide capsules in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections has a good therapeutic effect on the basis of routine treatment, and is safe and recommended for clinical application.
