目的 :探讨晚期恶性肿瘤综合治疗的方法。方法 :对 60例手术中无法切除的恶性肿瘤或考虑术床有残留的病人 ,将治疗管先埋置在术床或直接插入瘤体内 ,术后 48h进行铱 192近距离放射治疗。对于未能切除的肿瘤照射总剂量DT 3 6～ 48Gy/ 6次 ,共 3d ,外照射DT 3 0～ 3 6Gy/ 15～ 18次 ;对于肿瘤已切除但怀疑有残留的病人照射总剂量DT 3 6Gy/ 6次 ,共 3d。结果 :60例病人全部进行了随访 ,5年生存率 (4 1/ 60 ) 68 3 % ,局部复发率 5 % ,无严重放疗副反应。结论 :手术与放射治疗联合疗法治疗恶性肿瘤疗效确定 ,无严重放疗副反应 ,提高了病人的生存质量。
Objective: To explore the method of comprehensive treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods: Sixty cases of unresectable malignant tumors or residual patients were considered. The treatment tube was embedded in the operation bed or directly into the tumor, and iridium 192 brachytherapy was performed 48 hours after operation. For unresectable tumors, the total dose of DT 3 6 ~ 48 Gy / 6 was irradiated for a total of 3 days and the external irradiation was performed for DT 3 0 ~ 3 6 Gy / 15 ~ 18 times. For patients who had been resected but suspected to have residual tumor, the total dose of DT 3 6Gy / 6 times, a total of 3d. Results: All the 60 patients were followed up. The 5-year survival rate was 41.3% and the local recurrence rate was 5%. There was no serious side effects of radiotherapy. Conclusion: The combination of surgery and radiotherapy for the treatment of malignant tumor has definite effect, without serious radiotherapy and side effects, and improves the patient’s quality of life.
