装备制造业是为国民经济发展和国防建设提供技术装备的产业,是经济社会发展的支柱性、战略性产业,也是一国综合实力的集中体现。而作为引领时代潮流前进的知识型员工在振兴装备制造业过程中将发挥着关键性的作用。因此,建立合理的人才激励机制,最大限度地发挥装备制造业企业知识型员工的潜力和创造力,应成为装备制造业企业的首要任务。
Equipment manufacturing industry is an industry providing technical equipment for national economic development and national defense construction. It is a pillar and strategic industry in economic and social development as well as a concentrated embodiment of a country’s overall strength. The knowledge workers who are leading the trend of the times will play a crucial role in rejuvenating the equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, to establish a reasonable talent incentive mechanism to maximize the potential and creativity of knowledge-based employees in equipment manufacturing enterprises should become the primary task of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
