目的应用三维CT影像测量Le FortⅠ型截骨术相关上颌骨解剖结构,为Le FortⅠ型截骨术手术切口设计提供解剖学基础。方法选择50名正常成人颅骨三维CT扫描图像,应用AW4.4图像处理软件测量与Le FortⅠ型截骨术相关上颌骨后部解剖。结果翼上颌联合、上颌结节高度和上颌骨后部高度分别为(13.9±3.1)mm、(4.5±1.9)mm和(18.4±4.0)mm。结论三维重建下上颌骨后部解剖结构的测量有助于Le FortⅠ型截骨术手术设计,避免损伤其周围重要解剖结构。
Objective To evaluate the anatomy of maxillary anatomy by Le FortⅠ osteotomy by three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) and provide the anatomic basis for the surgical design of the incision. Methods Three-dimensional CT scans of 50 normal adult skulls were selected, and the posterior maxillary anatomy associated with Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomy was measured using AW4.4 image processing software. Results The upper maxillary joint, the maxillary nodule height and the maxillary posterior height were (13.9 ± 3.1) mm, (4.5 ± 1.9) mm and (18.4 ± 4.0) mm, respectively. Conclusions Measurement of the anatomy of the posterior maxilla with 3D reconstruction contributes to the surgical design of the Le Fort I osteotomy to avoid damaging the surrounding vital anatomy.
