海洋石油产业建立于二十世纪六十年代,随着我国对原油需求的加大,对海洋石油开发规模的扩大,海洋石油生产的数量和规模越来越大,但是安全问题始终困扰着企业。由于其生产作业是在地质、环境条件更为复杂的海上进行,如何降低公司生产作业过程中所存在的风险,如何有效解决海洋石油安全生产作业中的问题,提高海洋石油安全生产系统、科学、专业化的管理水平,是企业面临的一个重大课题。在本文中结合海洋石油生产作业管理的实际情况,探讨降低生产作业过程中所存在的风险。
The offshore oil industry was established in the 1960s. As China’s demand for crude oil has increased, the scale of offshore oil development has expanded and the number and size of offshore oil production has been growing. However, the security issue has always plagued the enterprises. How to effectively reduce the risks in the production process of the Company, how to effectively solve the problems in the safe operation of offshore oil production, how to improve the safety of offshore oil production system, Professional management level, is an important issue facing enterprises. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of offshore oil production operations management, to explore the risk reduction in the production process.
