我部驻地系血吸虫病流行区之一。当地群众每年夏秋季均有急性病人感染。我部历年来亦有不同程度的感染。1963年因种水稻,个别连队感染率均达23%。1964年,我部积极响应毛主席的伟大号召,开展了大规模的游泳训练,参训人员90%以上,训练时间最长达236小时,一般连队为60～80小时。后期又组织了3个营部,20个建制连队武装泅渡。由于采取了较为有力的措施,结果未发生一例血吸虫病急性感染。为了解是否有慢性感染,训练结束二月后,对训练时间最长的二个连队进行两次大便孵化,结果全部阴性。六个月后,又用血吸虫成虫抗原作皮试,阳性者在省血防研究所连续大便孵化三次,结果亦全部为阴性。通过这一实践,使我们深深体会到,只要突出政治,紧跟中心任务,做好党委、首长的卫生参谋助手,卫生宣传教育必须做深、
Department of the Department of schistosomiasis endemic one of the areas. The local people have acute patient infections every summer and autumn. My department has also had varying degrees of infection over the years. 1963 due to the kinds of rice, individual company infection rate reached 23%. In 1964, our department actively responded to Chairman Mao’s great call and conducted a large-scale swimming training. More than 90% of the participants were trained, the training time was up to 236 hours, and the general company was 60 to 80 hours. In the later period, three battalions were organized and 20 established companies were armed. As a result of more effective measures, the results did not occur in an acute infection of schistosomiasis. To see if there was a chronic infection, two consecutive stool incubations were performed on two companies with the longest training time after February of training, all of which were negative. Six months later, with schistosome adult antigen for skin test, positive in the provincial blood Institute of stool incubation three times, the results are all negative. Through this practice, we have deeply realized that as long as we give prominence to politics, closely follow the central task and do a good job as a health helper assistant to the party committees and heads of state, publicity and education for health affairs must be deepened,
