Zhuang Qingde, male, born in 1944 in Dandong, Liaoning Province, member of the Communist Party of China, professor and master tutor. Japan Institute of Electronics, China Institute of Electronics senior member. He graduated from Jilin University in 1967 with a master’s degree in semiconductor physics. He graduated from Southeast University in 1981 and stayed in Southeast University in the same year. Has successively went to Japan 5 times to study for 10 years.
