我厂495型柴油机汽缸体主轴承孔的精镗是在卧式镗孔专用机上进行的。汽缸体材料为HT20-40,硬度HB170~241,孔径d=76~(+0.03),光洁度(?)6。多年来,其精镗孔光洁度却很少能达到(?)6;为了提高产品质量,我们对此进行了分析研究,并进行了多次试验,效果较好。现介绍如下:我们原来采用的刀具材料为YG6,走刀量δ=0.033mm/r,切削深度t=0.05mm,r=2mm (见图1)。用这种圆弧过渡刃镗刀精镗孔,残留面积的理论残留高度H=δ~2/8r=0.033~2/(8×2)=68×10~(-6)mm=0.068μ。按照光洁度标准(?)6的残留高度H′≤2.5μ,H≤H′,但在实际加工中精镗孔的光洁度却一直不能稳定在(?)6。
