我科1983～1988年收治自发性气胸94例。男79例,女15例。年龄15～65岁,单侧89例,双侧2例,多房性3例。源于肺结核44例,余为慢性支气管炎阻塞性肺气肿、肺癌等50例。主要症状及体征为:呼吸困难87例,咳嗽81例,胸痛65例。端坐呼吸29例,发绀20例,气管移位62例,患侧呼吸音减弱或消失94例,该区叩诊鼓音91例。 本组肺结核引起者44例,与目前其它报道中以慢
Our department from 1983 to 1988 admitted 94 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax. 79 males and 15 females. Aged 15 to 65 years old, unilateral 89 cases, bilateral in 2 cases, 3 cases of multilocular. From tuberculosis in 44 cases, the remaining chronic bronchitis obstructive emphysema, lung cancer in 50 cases. The main symptoms and signs were: breathlessness in 87 cases, cough in 81 cases, chest pain in 65 cases.
