By analyzing the resource advantages in Heyuan’s industrial clusters and the operational problems faced by various enterprises in Heyuan, this paper explores how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster through the use of the platform resources of clusters and provide suggestions for the development of enterprises in Heyuan’s industrial clusters.
