北京市工商联(北京市商会)认真贯彻“团结、帮助、引导、教育”的方针,树立为政府服务,为社会服务、为企业服务的观点,积极地、多形式、多渠道地开展服务工作,并在服务中发展自己。随着改革的不断深化,在以公有制经济为主体的前提下,作为国民经济必要和有益的补充,我市非公有制经济发展很快。近5年来,仅私营企业就吸纳民间资金14亿,并投入到科技、生产和流通领域,解决了7372名投资者和53902名雇工的就业。据不完全统计,1993年本市私营企业创造产值1.77亿元,销售额和社会商品零售总额3.17亿元,纳税1288.9万元,已经成为我市国民经济重要组成部分和重要的新的经济增长点。为进一步强化工商联的服务功能,完善商会的服务体系,经有关部门批准,市工商联(市商会)成立了“北京工商人才服务中心”、“珠市口城市信用社”、“北京工商学院”、“北京轻舟旅游服务中心”、“工商联法律事务部”,从而建立了商会的服务体系。

In order to further strengthen the service functions of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and improve the service system of the chamber of commerce, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce (Beijing Chamber of Commerce and Industry) established the “Beijing Business Talent Service Center”, “Zhu Shikou City Credit Cooperatives” and “Beijing Business School” with the approval of relevant departments. “Beijing Cockloft tourist service center”, “Federation of legal affairs”, thus establishing a chamber of commerce service system.
