本文根据全国生活饮用水水质调查资料及中国恶性肿瘤资料,进行了以县为单位的统计学分析,数据包括全国29个省、市、自治区中的2072个县,约8亿人口的资料。分析结果表明,全国大范围内饮水的有机污染程度(用水耗氧量作为指示指标)的分布与肝癌死亡率的分布基本符合,男、女肝癌死亡率与水耗氧量呈正相关(P<0.01)。说明饮水有机污染可能是肝癌致病的重要原因之一。
Based on the survey data of drinking water quality in the country and the data of malignant tumors in China, this paper conducts a statistical analysis based on the counties. The data includes the data of 2072 counties and about 800 million people in 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions nationwide. The results showed that the distribution of drinking water organic pollutants (water consumption of oxygen as an indicator) in a wide range of areas was basically consistent with the distribution of mortality of liver cancer, and there was a positive correlation between the mortality of liver cancer and water oxygen consumption (P <0.01) ). Description of organic drinking water may be one of the important causes of liver cancer.
