以中关村科技企业为代表的北京中小企业在政策的扶持和自身敏锐的市场洞察力的带动下,凭借自主创新赢得了企业的飞速发展,可以说在体制创新的大环境下,管理、技术、文化的创新成为企业发展的核心动力,而模式创新也成为众多专业人士关注的焦点。理念与创意的结合和联动给中小企业的发展增添了空前广阔的上升空间。技术创新与模式创新,孰轻孰重?为何在商业模式方面提出创新主张的企业能更易获得成功?曾参与北京市重大经济问题调研和区域经济研究和多项北京市“十一五”规划制定的北京长城战略研究所与投资北京共同探讨了以上的问题。
