The analysis of Francis Macomber’s character image is mainly from three aspects: first, the unfortunate marriage; second, the soul of the oppressive; third, the brave people to defeat themselves. Through the analysis of the image of the characters we will be more understanding of the short-lived happiness behind the unfortunate.
