本文是全国地下水动态观测清理攻关工作的综合报告。自1979年以来逐渐形成的“深浅结合、点面结合、控制活动构造进行应力—应变场观测”的地下水动态观测井布网原则,以及在此原则指导下部署的国家井网是行之有效的。对当前我国的地下水位观测仪器、观测井网的建设及评价、地下水位动态的影响因素以及用地下水动态预报地震的效能等方面做了较为全面的讨论。
This article is a comprehensive report of groundwater dynamic observation and clearance work nationwide. The principle of groundwater dynamic observation well network, which is based on stress-strain field observation with combination of depth and shallowness, point-surface combination and control activity structure, has been gradually formed since 1979 and the national well pattern deployed under this principle is effective . At present, the groundwater level observation instruments in our country, the construction and evaluation of observation well pattern, the influencing factors of groundwater level dynamic and the effectiveness of using groundwater to forecast earthquake are discussed in detail.
