平地机以柴油发动机为动力源,柴油发动机与液力变矩器配合后,可以视为一种新的动力装置。合理的匹配能使平地机获得较好的牵引特性,对载荷的波动有自动适应性,能减少振动和冲击,避免发动机熄火,减少换挡次数,从而充分利用发动机功率。液力变矩器与发动机的匹配是否合理,对其各自性能的发挥及平地机的整车动力性能和燃油经济性能有着重要的影响。因此,研究平地机柴油发动机与液力变矩器的匹配是十分必要的。
Motor grader with diesel engine as the power source, diesel engine and torque converter with, can be regarded as a new power plant. Reasonable matching can make the grader get better traction characteristics, automatic adaptability to load fluctuations, can reduce vibration and shock, to avoid engine stalls, reduce the number of shifts, so as to make full use of engine power. Torque converter and the engine match is reasonable, the performance of their play and motor grader machine performance and fuel economy have a significant impact on performance. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the matching of motor diesel engine with hydraulic torque converter.
