对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器锂离子蓄电池技术进行了研究。介绍了蓄电池组的功能、结构与组成,以及充放电的基本性能。蓄电池组采用拉杆式结构,在电解液中添加低温添加剂以提高低温工作性能,紧固件选用钛合金或铜合金以降低剩磁矩。长期高荷电态搁置试验及各种性能测试的结果表明:锂离子蓄电池组的比能量高、使用温度宽,能满足深空低温环境的应用要求,其中多项技术已推广用于探月工程。
The firefly one (YH-1) Mars detector lithium-ion battery technology was studied. Introduced the battery function, structure and composition, as well as the basic performance of charge and discharge. Battery pack structure with rod, add low temperature additives in the electrolyte to improve low temperature performance, fasteners use titanium or copper alloy to reduce residual magnetic moment. The results of long-term high-charge-state shelving test and various performance tests show that the lithium-ion battery pack has high specific energy and wide operating temperature and can meet the application requirements of deep space and low temperature environment. A number of technologies have been widely used in lunar exploration projects .
