报告了以猪皮为原料,制备纯化透明质酸的初步工艺,并对所得样品进行了理化分析。制备纯化的样品接近试剂产品,得率为 0. 7%。全部操作周期短,不耗用特殊试剂,成本低,为今后透明质酸的研制和生产提供了有价值的实验依据。
The preliminary process of preparing purified hyaluronic acid by using pig skin as raw material was reported, and the obtained sample was analyzed by physical and chemical methods. The purified sample was prepared close to the reagent product with a yield of 0. 7%. All the operating cycles are short, do not consume special reagents, low cost, provide valuable experimental basis for the future development and production of hyaluronic acid.
