众所周知,煤酚皂溶液(来苏)是医疗卫生工作中广泛使用的一种化学消毒剂。长期以来,各生产厂家出品的试剂及药典均明文规定该剂的消毒浓度为:“消毒手1~2%溶液、消毒器械及排泄物5~10%溶夜”。显然表明其浓度与消毒作用强度成正比。最近,我们在实际工作中发现来苏的有效杀菌浓度比较低,有效范围亦比较狭小。为了验证这个问题,我们用该剂进行了不同浓度对不同细菌的杀灭效果试验,现将初步结果报告如下。
As we all know, coal-phenol soap solution (to the Soviet Union) is a chemical disinfectant widely used in medical and health work. For a long time, the reagents and pharmacopoeias produced by various manufacturers expressly specify that the disinfectant concentration of the agent is “disinfectant 1-2% solution, disinfection equipment and excrement 5-10% solution night”. Clearly shows that the concentration is proportional to the intensity of disinfection. Recently, we found that the effective bactericidal concentration of Lysol in the field is relatively low and the effective range is relatively small. In order to verify this problem, we used the agent for different concentrations of different bacteria killing test results, the preliminary results are reported below.
