为了研究滇重楼须根的化学成分,通过D101大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、反相(Rp-18)、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等多种分离方法,对滇重楼(Paris Polyphylla var.yunnanensis)干燥须根的乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,从中分离得到2个甾体皂苷。根据现代波谱学(NMR)和质谱(MS)技术,2个甾体皂苷的结构分别鉴定为是重楼皂苷Ⅱ(1)、重楼皂苷Ⅶ(2),这2个化合物均为已知化合物。
In order to study the chemical constituents of the fibrous roots of Rhizoma Polygoni, Paris Polyphylla (Paris Polyphylla) was separated and purified by D101 macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase (Rp-18), Sephadex LH-20 and semi- var. yunnanensis) dried fibrous extracts of the fibrous roots for chemical constituents, from which two steroidal saponins were isolated. The structures of the two steroidal saponins were identified as resplenoside II (1) and reed saponin VII (2), respectively, according to modern spectroscopy (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS) techniques. Both of these two compounds are known compounds .
