高频开关电源激励扩散冷却CO_2激光器放电特性及增益特性的研究

在两平板电极间采用高频开关电源激励技术获得了均匀稳定的辉光放电。研究了这种放电激励技术的放电特性及增益特性。

A uniform and stable glow discharge was obtained by using high-frequency switching power supply excitation technology between the two plate electrodes. The discharge characteristics and gain characteristics of this kind of discharge excitation technique are studied.
