为了保证电动机的安全运行和延长其使用寿命,必须进行定期检修。对于工作环境灰尘多,潮湿,常年使用的电动机,每年需小修2～3次,大修一次。一般电动机一年小修一次,大修一次。不经常使用的没备,电动机检修期限可以适当延长。一、小修(1)清除电动机内外的灰尘,油垢,以利散热。(2)检查各个转动部分,补换润滑油,加油量为油腔的60%,滑动轴承按油标线加润滑油。(3)检查转子与定子有否擦膛,转动是否灵活,轴有否跳动的现象。(4)紧固各部位螺丝,并摇测绝缘阻值。(5)检查电动机的启动设备和控制设备等指示操作的标示字样是否清楚,必要时重新描绘。检查接
