目的:观察增生平片对口腔白斑的临床疗效,分析其可能的作用机制,以求为临床治疗提供有效的药物。方法:选择2006年8月～2007年8月符合口腔白斑诊断标准的患者102例,分为治疗组和对照组各51例,治疗组给予增生平片,对照组给予维生素A和维生素E,3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后2组临床症状、体征及病理变化,评价其临床疗效。结果:治疗组51例中,完全反应16例,部分反应22例,无反应13例,总有效38例,占74.5%;对照组51例中,完全反应6例,部分反应9例,无反应36例,总有效15例,占29.4%;两组疗效经统计学处理,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:增生平片能增强机体的细胞和体液免疫功能,通过机体的自身调节,改善全身状态和局部血液循环,减少炎性渗出,抑制口腔黏膜上皮的增生和癌变,促进口腔黏膜上皮修复,使白斑消退,从而达到治愈白斑的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Jianshengping Tablets on oral leukoplakia, and to analyze its possible mechanism of action so as to provide an effective drug for clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 102 patients with oral leukoplakia diagnosed in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2007 were divided into treatment group (51 cases) and control group (51 cases). The treatment group was treated with HESP and the control group was given vitamin A and vitamin E Month for a course of treatment, two courses of treatment before and after treatment to observe the clinical symptoms, signs and pathological changes in 2 groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: Among the 51 cases in the treatment group, there were 16 cases of complete response, 22 partial responses, 13 non-response, 38 total effective, accounting for 74.5% of the patients in the treatment group. Six of the 51 patients in the control group had partial response and 9 had no response 36 cases, the total effective in 15 cases, accounting for 29.4%; two groups of treatment by statistical analysis, the difference was significant (P <0.05). JNP can enhance the cellular and humoral immune function of the body, through the body’s own regulation, to improve the whole body state and local blood circulation, reduce inflammatory exudation, inhibit oral mucosal epithelial hyperplasia and cancer, and promote oral mucosal epithelial repair, White spots subsided, so as to achieve the purpose of healing white spots.
