传统挤塑机在生产中存在:产品长度控制精度不高,生产准备时间长,生产参数调整不方便等问题。针对存在的问题,采用数字控制技术(NC)改造传统挤塑机,将原采用变频器的开环控制系统改为可编程控制器(PLC)控制下的交流伺服控制系统,并结合计算机控制、人机界面等技术,使该设备成为具有自适应生产环境、自动在线调整参数、自动跟踪等能力的自动化数字智能设备。
The traditional extruder exists in the production: product length control accuracy is not high, the production preparation time is long, the production parameters adjustment is not convenient and so on. Aiming at the existing problems, the digital control technology (NC) is used to transform the traditional extruder, and the original open-loop control system with frequency converter is changed to AC servo control system under the control of programmable logic controller (PLC). Combined with computer control, Man-machine interface and other technologies, the device has become an automated digital intelligent device with adaptive production environment, automatic online adjustment parameters, automatic tracking and other capabilities.
