四个月前,在南中国海上,广大军民竭尽全力搜救我“海空卫士”王伟的情景依然历历在目;四个月后,一场撼人心魄的海上大搜救又在南海海域展开。8月10日,一场名叫“天兔”的热带风暴突如其来,襄挟着狂风和暴雨肆虐三亚海域,52艘来不及返回三亚港避风的儋州渔船顷刻间飘摇于狂风巨浪之中……人的生命最可宝贵!灾情发生后,海南省委、省政府主要领导紧急部署,党政军民全力以赴展开大搜救及灾后安抚工作。在祖国南疆,再次谱写了一曲“党爱民、民爱党”的动人乐章。
