中国建立合资企业的目的无非是引进资金和先进的技术、管理。那么,从1980年到今天的20年间,我们是否已经达到了当初的设想?如果已经达到、我们为什么仍然难以摆脱合资的外方?如果没有达到目的,又是什么原因致使在20年这样一个已经不算短的时间里梦想尚未成真?中国第一家中外合资企业20年曲折的发展经历可以告诉我们很多。 第一批中外合资企业恰恰在中国加入WTO的前夜结束合作期,越来越多的合资企业将要成为独资企业。这些“买断中国”行为是充满危机的敌意,还是可以接受的国际标准?
The purpose of establishing a joint venture in China is nothing more than the introduction of capital and advanced technology and management. So, in the two decades from 1980 to today, have we reached the original idea? If so, why are we still unable to get out of the joint venture? If not, what is the reason?
