传统的教学理念认为,一切教学是为了取得更好的成绩,更高的分数,这已经与新时期对人才培养的要求格格不入,因此小学教学的创新应运而生,特别是在小学数学教学方面,运用多种教学方法,帮助学生尽快融入课堂,提升教学质量。本文从目前我国小学数学教学存在的弊端入手,切实提出小学数学教学实现教学创新的方式方法,为我国小学教育改革建言献策。
The traditional teaching philosophy holds that all teaching aims at achieving better grades and higher scores, which is already incompatible with the requirements of personnel training in the new era.
