活化剂AT-4是贵州省农科院水稻所研制而成的细胞激素.主要用于活化植物细胞生理功能和水稻花药培养,而完全起着诱导和出绿苗作用。我们于1992～93两年在水稻与李氏禾属间远缘杂交上作为诱导和在栽培稻植株上直接应用,且对结实率和成胚率进行考察,其结果表明:活化剂AT—4激素应用在水稻与李氏禾属间远缘杂交上,能诱导提高成胚率和结实率,但不显著,而直接喷
Activator AT-4 is a cytokine developed from rice in Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and is mainly used to activate physiological functions of plant cells and rice anther culture, and plays an integral role in inducing and producing green shoots.
