地市以下特别是县、乡两级机关干部,与老百姓打交道的机会最多,他们的作风建设状况,直接影响着党中央、国务院一系列方针政策的贯彻落实,关系到党和政府在人民群众心目中的形象。按照党的十五届六中全会《决定》和中央纪委第七次全会的要求,如何进一步抓好基层干部作风建设,是当前必须研究解决的一个重要问题。为此,我们特摘发一些基层领导关于干部作风建设的言论要点,供大家学习、讨论。
